Job Description

As Head of Marketing, you will take central responsibility for our international marketing strategy - from the website and campaigns to performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independent planning, management, and optimization of our corporate website, including goal definition, timeline and resource planning, stakeholder coordination, and performance measurement.
  • Development and implementation of holistic strategies for search engine and AI-driven optimization (SEO/AIO/GEO) as well as content marketing. This includes keyword research, on-page optimization, performance analysis, and continuous content optimization for the website, blog, and other channels.
  • Conceptualization, execution, and management of international campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and email marketing – target-oriented and data-driven.
  • Creation of compelling content such as blog articles, whitepapers, email campaigns, and campaign copy tailored to our B2B target audiences.
  • Content maintenance using modern headless CMS solutions (e.g., Payload CMS) and implementation of basic HTML adjustments. Use of email marketing tools (e.g., BREVO) as well as management of leads and campaign results in ZOHO CRM.
  • Analysis of campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Clarity, or Umami. Deriving data-driven optimization measures, conducting A/B tests, and implementing conversion tracking.
  • Close coordination with departments such as Sales and Regulatory Affairs, as well as regular market and competitive analyses in the international healthcare environment.

Requirements

  • Completed degree in marketing, communications, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in digital B2B marketing – ideally in a regulated environment (healthcare, medtech, or similar)
  • Strong expertise in performance marketing, especially Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and email marketing
  • Very good knowledge of SEO and AIO, with routine use of tools such as SEMrush, Sistrix, and Google Search Console
  • Experience working with web analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Umami) and data-driven optimization of user journeys
  • Confident handling of CMS systems (ideally headless, e.g., Payload CMS); basic HTML knowledge is an advantage
  • Experience in independently creating target-group-specific content
  • Proficient use of Canva for visual content creation as well as MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • High level of initiative, structured working style, and hands-on mentality
